All locations suck! It is amazing this place would franchise locations with consistently bad customer service and below average food with high price points. Hopefully corporate reads these reviews because this "chain" needs much help before they collapse into chapter 11. Listen corporate...IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY before it is too late. Too much competition and choices to continue on the path you are on
